Can I add a messsage to go in my card?

Absolutely, on every card listing you will see the button “Add to Cart” and just under this there is an area where you can add a message of up to 500 words.  The is generally a $0.50 fee for adding a message.

How long does it take for the card to arrive?

We generally post within 24 hours of receiving your order, during the week.  If you order on  Friday to Sunday, your card will go in the post on the following Monday.  Unfortunately we can not guarantee Australia Post’s delivery times and we suggest allowing plenty of time for your card to arrive.  We think, better to  arrive early than late.

Generally, allow a week for a card to arrive in NSW or Victoria and 1.5 weeks for WA, NT, TAS and QLD.

What if my card does not arrive?

Sometimes there may be delays that are out of our control.  If we know there has been a natural disaster of some kind that is causing delays we will put a notice at checkout to let you know about possible delays.

We keep an eye on Australia Post’s website for up to date notifications of any possible delays to give you, our customer, fair warning.  If there are extensive delays and you don’t mind spending a little extra, we do offer Express Post.  Express Post should get the card to the recipient a little faster but if there are delays in the area I would not count on the card arriving within Australia Post’s Express Post normal delivery times.

If after 2.5 weeks of posting your card and it has still not arrived, please contact us and we will contact Australia Post to see if we can get an update for you.

How can I track my card?

We offer Registered Post and Express Post.  Both of these options will give you a tracking number.  As soon as we post your card, we will update your order with the tracking number.  Tracking should be seen within 24 hours of us notifying you.  If it is not, don’t be too concerned as the card may not be scanned until it hits the delivery centre.

Do you make custom cards

Yes, if you can’t find exactly what you are looking for, send us a message with details of what you are after, colours etc and we will get back to you with some options.

Where are you based

We have a few people making cards and your cards could be posted from Victoria or NSW.

Can I sell my cards on your website

If your cards are handmade, we always welcome new sellers and designers.  This link will give you more information – New Seller (just scroll down to the bottom of the page).

If I am overseas can I send a card in Australia

Absolutely, that is what we specialise in.  The process is easy, select your card, add a personal message to go in the card, at checkout put the recipients address in the SHIP TO area then proceed to payment.  If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us.

Can I buy your cards wholesale
