Greeting cards have been traced back to the 1400’s, when Europeans started making and selling cards for Valentine’s Day. Traditions started centuries ago that have lasted the passing of time need to be treasured.
Sending a card lets someone know they are in your thoughts. Receiving a card makes the recipient feel special, it lets them know you were thinking about them.
Having a physical card is nothing like receiving an eCard or a quick internet message to celebrate an ocassion. A physical card is something that can be looked at if it is on display in a house or office. It will bring warm thoughts to the person who received that card.
