We hope you and the recipient will be pleased with your purchase.  Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange provided the item is in a fully resalable condition.  Returns should be made within a 7 day period and in original, undamaged packaging,  If we find that the product has not been returned to us in a full resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.  If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item back to us.

Please contact us before returning any items.  If we find an item has been damaged and the damage was caused by Handpress Cards we will reimburse you through the same method you made payment to us.

To purchase products from Handpress Cards you will need to enter your delivery & billing details.

We accept payment through Paypal, Stripe and direct bank deposit.  We do not add any processing fees to your order, however, we are not responsible for fees you may incur through using these services.

You do not need a Paypal account to pay with Paypal.

If you pay by bank deposit, we do not ship until the funds are cleared into our bank account.

If paying by credit card, through Stripe, none of the credit card information entered is stored on our website.

What is a CVV/CVC?The CVV is a 3 or 4 digit code embossed or imprinted on the reverse side of Visa & MasterCard.   The CVV is an important layer of security to help you avoid Card-Not-Present responses, which can potentially cause your transaction to be denied, and may be required or recommended by some payment processors or merchant banks.
Where do I find the CVV/CVC?
Visa (three-digit CVV2 – Card Verification Value)The CVV is the last 3 digits after the credit card number on the back of the card in the signature area. Lay-By payments
On some of our products we offer a lay-by plan where you can pay a deposit and then pay the item off with regular installments over a period of 2 months, via direct bank deposit or Paypal.  You can pay it off sooner, all you need to do is contact us and we can revise your payment plan for you.

At checkout, the default payment option is direct bank deposit.  If you would prefer to pay by Paypal please email us manager@handpresscards.com.au, contact us through our chat or call us.  Through Paypal we will send you fortnightly invoices for payment.

Payment are due every fortnight from the date of purchase.  We will send you a schedule of when your payments are due.  A deposit must be paid within 3 days of placing the order.  If the deposit is not received the order will be cancelled.  If you fail to complete the payments within 42 days, we will cancel the order and refund any payments made after the deposit.  If an order is not completed the deposit is non-refundable, we will refund any postage paid with the deposit payment.
